Spring
This article looks at the wild spring greens of Nettle, Dandelion and cleavers and how to make a spring greens succus and healing cleavers lotion.
Autumn
This article looks at our Hedgerow medicines of Elderberry, Haws and Blackberries and how to make and Elderberry Rob and Hawthorn Leathers.
Summer
Take a look at the medicine of Lime blossom, Marigold and Meadow sweet and learn how to make a Meadow sweet elixir and Marigold salve.
Winter
Deep into winter and we can still make medicine from the land. We look at Roots and Rosehips. Using Elecampane and marshmallow root we make a cough elixir and a Rosehip Oxymel.

During Lockdown Edwina, with the help of her partner Pete made some short videos to connect people with the newly emerging plant medicines (often seen as weeds) in peoples back garden’s and those would be encountered on Daily exercise walks. Each video includes easy ways of using them in food and medicine.
Mini Herb walk
We were both delighted to be back in the Permaculture garden at Offshoots, Burnley in Lancashire as lockdown restrictions eased. In this video we take you around the garden and introduce you to some of our favourite plants allies: Comfrey, Valerian, Lemonbalm and Pot Marigold and chat about the importance of reconnecting with our native and local weeds and wild medicines.
